ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is sponsored by Barstool Sports, Inc. (the “Sponsor”). Open to legal residents of the fifty United States or District of Columbia who: (a) are 21 years old or older; (b) have a smart or mobile phone or other wireless or electronic device that supports the Instagram, Facebook or Twitter application, or internet access; (c) have an Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account. Void where prohibited. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor or their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

AGREEMENT BY ENTRANT: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound to and accepts these Official Rules, the current Instagram, Facebook and Twitter Terms of Use, and any additional terms and conditions specific to the Promotion communicated by Sponsor.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on or about [morning of 2.28.2023] and ends on or about [evening of 2.28.2023] (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO WIN/SELECTION OF WINNER: During the Promotion Period, the location of the Pirate WaterTreasure Chest will be revealed on [sponsor social channels] and the first eligible participant to arrive at the location will be considered the winner and will collect the prize.
